All US orders include tracking.

U.S. EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you choose a paid expedited shipping service you will get priority ship-out status. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 1 p.m. EST ship out the same day. Expedited shipping options include:
- About 4 business days for $5.99
- 2 business days guaranteed and shipped with Fedex
- 2 business days guaranteed and shipped with Fedex for FREE when you spend $60 or more
- Overnight with UPS or Fedex Guaranteed
All shipping times are calculated in business days, so incorporate that into your shipping needs when deciding which service to use. If you want to make sure your item will go out or you must have your item by a specific time, please call us for a shipping recommendation.
Upgraded shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless, according to the carrier and tracking information, as well as our stated policies, the item did not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.
ROUTE PREMIUM TRACKING & ROUTE+ SHIPPING INSURANCE
Route is a free premium tracking service via a mobile app that allows those with US shipping addresses to visually track all of their online orders in one place. We offer Route for free on all orders.
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

We ship to locations all over the world with three service levels: Express, Premium, Economy. Shipping charges to non-US destinations are only approximate and are not refundable based on the length of time an order takes.
Express Shipping is a tracked service with Fedex or UPS that arrives in a few business days. Precise transit times and costs will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.
Express Shipping is not available to Israel due to customs delays and charges.
Premium Shipping is a tracked service that is FREE to most locations with a minimum order amount of $60. Premium Shipping takes 8 - 25 days, with slightly varying ranges (for instance, only 8-14 days to Canada), and the price and approximate time frame will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.
If you choose Express or Premium, please make sure that you choose a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient.
Economy Shipping takes about 15-24 days to Canada, 30 days to Europe, and 30-45 business days to most other countries. This service does not include tracking, and is available for a nominal charge that varies by country and will display in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.

Tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow a full 24 hours for tracking data to sync up on the shipping carrier’s website (72 hours for Canada-bound orders).
