Shipping to all U.S. addresses is free.

All orders get at least a free 5-10 business day service, but spending only $35 earns free 2-3 business day shipping

All US orders include tracking.

Select the best free shipping option offered when you are on the shopping cart or checkout page. Expedited options are also always available, despite free shipping qualifications.


If you choose a paid expedited shipping service you will get priority ship-out status. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 1 p.m. EST ship out the same day. Expedited shipping options include:

  • 3 business days for $5.99
  • 2 business days for $6.99 (or FREE 2-3 business day with $35+ purchase)†
  • 1-2 business days for $17.99
  • Overnight for $29* (also business days)

All shipping times are calculated in business days, so incorporate that into your shipping needs when deciding which service to use. If you want to make sure your item will go out or you must have your item by a specific time, please call us for a shipping recommendation.

Upgraded shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless, according to the carrier and tracking information, as well as our stated policies, the item did not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.†

† Fedex has suspended its guaranteed delivery time for all services in light of the events surrounding COVID. While the overwhelming majority of packages do arrive on time, we apologize in advance for any delays with these services and our temporary adoption of this policy.


Route is a free premium tracking service via a mobile app that allows those with US shipping addresses to visually track all of their online orders in one place. We offer Route for free on all orders.

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

EU customers are offered two shipping levels: Free and Express.

Free Shipping is about 4-10 business days (non-guaranteed delivery time frame) and does not include tracking.

Express Shipping is 1-2 business days, is shipped with a private carrier like Fedex, and includes tracking.

EU-bound orders are shipped from within the EU. If your order is not available from our EU warehouse, we will contact you with options.


We ship to locations all over the world with three service levels: Express, Premium, Economy.


Express Shipping is a tracked service with Fedex, UPS, DHL, or TNT that arrives in 1 - 5 business days.

Express Shipping is not available to Israel due to customs delays and charges.


Premium Shipping is a tracked service sent from the US. The service is available for a charge no matter the amount of your order, but it can also be earned for FREE to most locations with a minimum order amount. If your country isn't listed, expect Free Premium Shipping to take about 10 - 25 business days with a minimum order of $100.

If you choose Express or Premium, please make sure that you choose a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient. 


Economy Shipping is free and takes about 30-45 business days to most countries and 15-24 days to Canada. This service does not include tracking. A collective slow down in mail systems and air traffic around the world due to COVID-19 has impacted transit times in a long term way. We have tried to update our transit times to reflect these complications, and encourage you to select Premium shipping if you have concerns.

All shipping times refer to business days, so please consider weekends and holidays when determining your shipping needs.

Tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow a full 24 hours for tracking data to sync up on the shipping carrier’s website (72 hours for Canada-bound orders).
