Shipping to all U.S. addresses is free.
All orders get at least a free 7–10 business day service, but spending $60 earns free guaranteed 2 business day shipping with FedEx.
All U.S. orders include tracking.
Select the best free shipping option offered when you are on the shopping cart or checkout page. Expedited options are also always available regardless of free shipping qualifications.
- U.S. Expedited Shipping

If you choose a paid expedited shipping service you will get priority ship-out status. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 1 p.m. EST ship out the same day. Expedited shipping options include:
- About 4 business days — $5.99
- 2 business days — FREE when you spend $60 (calculated at checkout when you spend less than $60)
- Overnight with UPS or FedEx Guaranteed
All shipping times are calculated in business days, so incorporate that into your shipping needs when deciding which service to use. If you want to make sure your item will go out or you must have your item by a specific time, please call us for a shipping recommendation.
Upgraded shipping costs cannot be refunded unless, according to the carrier and tracking information and our stated policies, the item did not arrive within the guaranteed time frame. Please note that acts of god, such as weather emergencies outside of anyone’s control, may also impact refund eligibility.

We ship to locations all over the world with three service levels: Express, Premium, and Economy. Shipping charges to non-U.S. destinations are not refundable based on the length of time an order takes.

Express Shipping is a tracked service with FedEx or UPS that arrives in a few business days. Precise transit times and costs will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.
Express Shipping is not available to Israel due to customs delays and charges.
If you choose Express, please make sure you use a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient.

Premium Shipping is a tracked service that is FREE to most locations with a minimum order of $60. Premium Shipping takes 8–25 days, with slightly varying ranges by destination (for instance, only 8–14 days to Canada). Pricing and approximate time frames are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.
If you choose Premium, please make sure you use a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient.

Economy Shipping takes about 15–24 days to Canada, about 30 days to Europe, and 30–45 business days to most other countries. This service does not include tracking and is available for a nominal charge that varies by country, displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after your shipping country is selected.

When you order from the EU, you'll see three separate charges on top of your items.
VAT — We collect VAT at checkout and remit it directly to the relevant tax authorities on your behalf. This is handled through our IOSS registration, which means your order moves through customs without delays or surprise charges at the door.
Shipping — We charge a flat shipping fee based on your country. International shipping costs more than we charge you, so we subsidize a portion of every order to make it as easy as possible for EU customers to get our products.
Handling fee — The EU introduced a flat customs processing fee on July 1, 2026, charged per product type on every shipment entering the EU. A second fee is being added in November 2026.* Rather than pass these through as surprise costs, we pay them on your behalf and collect a small handling fee at checkout that is less than the actual cost we incur. This keeps your order moving smoothly and means no unexpected charges on delivery.
*Note that these fees are charged per product category, so orders containing more than one type of item incur higher fees on our end. We charge a single flat handling fee regardless of order complexity.

Tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow a full 24 hours for tracking data to sync up on the shipping carrier’s website (72 hours for Canada-bound orders).

Please do not purchase shipping labels for returns but contact us first — we cannot refund any shipping labels you purchase on your own.
We will always send exchange items to you with our standard service, regardless of the method of shipping selected for the original order. If you require your exchange faster or have a problem with USPS, please inform us before we process your exchange so that we can discuss options.
